Battery sharing decvice, BSD

Boatel battery sharing device, BSD, is an intelligent separating relay to be mounted between an onboard engine start battery and the boats house battery bank. It is used to allocate current between the batteries and also to distribute charge from solar panels, shore chargers, etc. The battery sharing device continously monitors that there is always enough charge remaining in the battery for starting the engine, if necessary, the switch automatically disconnects and you can be confident that it is possible to start the boat motor.

Switchbox, SB

Boatel switch box, SB, is for distributing power from a boats batteries to current consumers on board. The switch box is a central unit in Boatels concept of a communication network system in a sailboat. In-built electronics provides each output connection an over current protection. SB102 has seven outputs, each max 10 A per consumer. If more connections are needed the number of switch boxes can be increased to a total of four units in one system.

Distribution terminal, DB101

Boatel distribution terminal, DB101, for building a power network system on board. DB101 can be used to distribute the battery voltage positive and negative potentials to current consumers.

Distribution terminal, DB102

Boatel distribution terminal, DB102, for building a power network system on board. DB102 is used for distributing the battery voltage positive and negative potentials, to connect different charging devices, as a generator or a solar panel or to connect fuses and measuring shunts between onboard batteries and current consumers.

Charge voltage controller, CVD CTRL

Boatel charge voltage devices, CVD, optimize the charge voltage during battery charging. This control unit, CVD CTRL, shall be used together with the charge voltage devices CVD102 and CVD104. With the charge voltage devices installed the charging voltage to the batteries is constantly hold at the correct level.

Charge voltage device, CVD102

Boatel charge voltage devices, CVD, optimize the charge voltage during battery charging. This device, CVD102, is used to regulate the charging voltage from a motor generator. It shall be used together with the control unit, CVD CTRL. With the CVDs installed the charging voltage is constantly hold at the correct level.

It shall be used together with the control unit, CVD CTRL. With the CVDs installed the charging voltage is constantly hold at the correct level.
